Cushion Spurge

Euphorbia polychroma

Cushion Spurge grows in a rounded mound that looks like a cushion. In early spring bright yellow flowers cover the mound and make a beautiful background for tulips and hycinths.  The folliage is green all summer and becomes red in the fall. It grows in poor soil and tolerates heat and drought.
