Bright orange-red blooms on long stems are in rounded clumps of individual florets that resemble a small cross.  This is a long-lived easy to grow plant that contrasts well with almost any color flower. It is beautiful in bouquets.

Similar to the Blue Balloon Flower this variety is only 10 inches tall and the flowers are white with delicate blue-veined flowers.  This plant is very adaptable and naturalizes by self-seeding and root spread.  These make a great front of the border plant and they are long-lived and easy to care for.
